5. Application Process:

1.    Pre-heating: Baking electronic components at 70~80 for 1~2hours to remove moisture;

2.    Mixing: Weigh certain amount of component A, then add component B per weight proportion, stir uniformly.

3.    De-bubble: The bubbles in the mixing materials should be removed by vacuum de-bubbling.

4.    Casting: Pore mixing materials into the required components at 60 for 3hrs or at 25 degree c for 24hours,or curing at room temperature for long time.

6. Storage, Transportation:

1.  It is non-dangerous materials. Storage and transportation per general chemicals regulation. Storage shelf life see storage barrel label.

2.  Pay attention to product specification and use right type product. Weigh correctly and stir uniformly.

7.        Packaging:

A: 20 Kg/Drum  Metal Barrel.  B:18 Kg/Drum  Metal Barrel.
