  氢氧化铝微粉与其他很多阻燃填料不同，它热解时不产生有毒和有腐蚀性的气体，而且热解时吸收热和放出水蒸汽，使制品具有阻燃自熄性能，因而在塑料、橡胶等高级材料中添加该产品，不仅使制品具有阻燃消烟效果，而且抗漏电、耐电弧、耐磨性能增强。
